Last week I was invited to frolic around Shenandoah with some amazing women to celebrate the birthday of @corinna.elise
Picturesque scenery, communal breakfast, antiquing, and a second to let it all simmer. Blue is my grandmother's favorite color so seeing the blue bells in bloom let me know she's still with me.

Stolen camera's 😞
Last night after photographing Cure's amazing barista competition I went out to celebrate. Came back to my passenger side window smashed in with my camera bag stolen.
Thanks to this wonderful community I've gotten better about asking for help. So with this post I'd like to share a go fund me link to help funding a replacement.
Also a description in case the gear pops up in a thrift store or marketplace.
The cameras are Fujifilm brand. Xh1 and Xpro 2 model. They were in a brown canvas camera bag.
Any help is appreciated. I just want to get back to sharing this gift with my community 🪽

Story time: with a broken foot over the holidays I tried to stay in good spirits about my birthday trip. @itsslowrahh joined me in Richmond to listen to the living legend @jamelshabazz@vmfamuseum
Last year I struggled with finding my spark for photography but this lecture helped reignite it in a divine way. After he finished speaking I noticed I didn't have anything for him to sign. Reaching in my wallet for a piece of paper I grabbed a dollar. Jamel kindly but hesitantly said "it won't be worth anything." To me it meant nothing BEFORE he signed it. Now it sits framed in my art collection as a reminder to invest in yourself.
