July 2023 || Puerto Rico con mis amores
My first go at shooting on super 8 and the first video I’ve made for fun in years. I’ve reeeally missed this feeling.
A couple months delayed…but time to post le film :) Vietnam felt truly epic to me, in the sweetest & softest of ways. I majorly slowed down in Hội An and tuned in. I reconnected with some very special humans and made new friends who felt like home in an instant. I left revived by all the love and wonder that I got to experience in a wildly short amount of time. I have so much left to explore (which is so thrilling?!), but all that was meant for me found its way in this time. And I’m filleddd to the brimmm with gratitude.
Getting around to posting some film from Cambodia :) My time here was brief, but the days were colorful. Deep in my existential feels, I moved like a smol bug in a wondrous world wandering through the temples of Siem Reap, meeting quest characters and being swindled by monkeys. Grateful for the beautiful absurdities of life.

Nothing beat those exhausted, end-of-day convos from our twin beds like we were just big kids, swapping stories and sharing insights after we got to run around and play and explore and engage with the world in a way that felt re-energizing and soul-filling. What a gift. I’ll be basking in the afterglow for a good long while ♥️
