As someone with a sweet tooth, wore tooth gems for 4 years and never had a cavity in my life, I can genuinely swear by coconut oil pulling.
What I didn’t realize at first were the additional benefits: it helps naturally whiten teeth, reduce bacteria that causes bad breath, and support overall your oral health. If your teeth are sensitive (especially from whitening strips), this can be a great alternative.
GLOLISTIC TIP: use 100% organic, unrefined (virgin) coconut oil. Avoid “oil pulling” products with added ingredients.
