A New Year in Me
New year,
new age
not just a number,
but a quiet shift within.
They asked what I wanted,
searched for specifics,
something to name,
something to hold
but my heart spoke in softer things.
Peace,
not loud, but steady.
Love,
not fleeting, but rooted.
Friendship,
real and enduring.
A life drawn closer to God,
not in words alone,
but in service,
in surrender,
in walking with Him as a friend.
Let my life be a vessel
blessing others,
pouring out what He has poured in.
Peace in every corner
in work,
in relationships,
in the unseen places of my mind.
I choose to love my life fully,
to step outside the weight of constant striving,
to breathe, to live, to connect
to enjoy this youth with intention,
while still chasing purpose with fire.
To move even when afraid,
but never alone
because God stands with me.
Less complaints,
more conversations with my Maker.
This year is blessed
I see it,
I walk in it.
The right people will come,
and I will build with them
something healthy,
something whole.
This is my year
not just to grow,
but to become.
Dec 18, 2025; I officially finished serving the nation and had my POP 🇳🇬🎓
From starting on Jan 22 to ending on Dec 18, the journey was filled with ups and downs, lessons, growth, and unforgettable memories 💭✨
I met amazing people and built lasting friendships in a land where I initially knew no one 🤝🌍
Along the way, I served as Media Manager, then Vice President, and finally President of my CDS (SDGs CDS, Agbara) 📸📢🏅
Grateful to myself for pushing through, and to my family and friends who stood by me every step of the way ❤️🙏
