Last fall, I traveled to South Korea with @karaswisher to direct an episode of her new series exploring health tech and longevity.
The U.S. spends twice as much on healthcare as other industrialized nations, yet Americans still tend to live shorter and often less healthy lives.
So for this episode, we wanted to look at a different approach. And while Korea’s healthcare system isn’t perfect, there’s a lot we can learn from its focus on preventative care.

11. Seeing your high school buddy rock out at Silvana's
12. Got to see what the bowling pins see before they go to heaven
13. Baby Xochitl and me celebrating our birthday month
14. 40! But make it donuts.

Tis a wrap on Thailand. It was too brief. I will come back some day to this beautiful country. The people, the landscape, the food, the history and spirituality. Here's another thumbnail-to-final shot from the making of BEDROOMS. Ladies, have you ever had that one hot guy you just couldn't quit even though he was a complete A-hole? Meet Nigel, played by the incredible Dan Feuerriegel from DAYS OF OUR LIVES. He and Demi Sealy, playing Fran here, had chemistry for days. Can't wait for you to see them in the movie.
Shot by Steven Paul, our miracle-worker DP, this was a locked off shot in which there are two slight/subtle pans as Nigel crosses frame, sits down on the opposite side of Fran, then gets up and leaves, putting Fran dead center and a bit headspun. Steven did wonders with minimal lights and almost no crew.
