It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our father Chad McQueen,
His remarkable journey as a loving father to us, along with his unwavering commitment to our mother, truly exemplified a life filled with love and dedication. His passion for racing not only highlighted his exceptional talent, but also served as a way to honor his father’s legacy, a testament to the values instilled in him. He passed his passion, knowledge and dedication down to us and we will continue not only his legacy but our grandfathers as well. As a family we need to navigate this difficult time and we kindly ask for privacy as we remember and celebrate his extraordinary life. With heartfelt gratitude,
Jeanie, Chase, and Madison

The King of Cool stands outside the famous Frascati Grill on Sunset Boulevard next to his personal 1967 Mini Cooper S. This candid shot perfectly captures his "Ivy League" style, blending a sophisticated seersucker jacket with his signature rebel attitude. Whether behind the wheel of a supercar or a custom Mini, McQueen proved that true cool was about the man, not just the machine. #SteveMcQueen #KingOfCool

Steve McQueen special-ordered this rare 1953 Siata 208S Spyder and famously dubbed it his "little Ferrari" after adding custom Ferrari badges to its Italian bodywork. One of only 35 produced, the car featured a sophisticated Fiat V8 engine that McQueen frequently pushed to its limits on the winding roads above Hollywood. This beautiful, ruby red masterpiece remains a testament to his early passion for rare, high-performance European sports cars. (Photo Credit: Tony Singer) #SteveMcQueen #KingOfCool
