Una visita a @cirquedusoleil.es y un encuentro con uno de sus maravillosos artistas al que pude enseñar una pataita flamenca. La verdad que no estuvimos más de 15 minutos practicando con @stevecweiss y me dejó muy sorprendida su increíble talento y sentido del ritmo. También tuve el gusto el de ver las entrañas del Circo del sol, como entrenan, los vestuarios, maquillejes, escenografía de @kurios_cirquedusoleil A partir de hoy me declaro fan!! Estos días os mostraré más cositas de lo que os hablo Gracias por la visita!! 💕💕💕 A visit to Cirque du Soleil and a lovely encounter with one of their wonderful artists, whom I had the chance to teach a little flamenco step to. We didn’t practice for more than 15 minutes with Steve Weiss, and he truly amazed me with his incredible talent and sense of rhythm. I also had the pleasure of seeing behind the scenes of Cirque du Soleil, how they train, the costumes, makeup, and stage design… As of today, I officially declare myself a fan!! Sevilla is made of music! Flamenco is everywhere you look, from the stunning architecture of Plaza de España to the orange-tree lined streets of Triana. A common question I get is, “How much do you guys rehearse?” and the answer is not a lot. There’s just no time for it - so this was a rare moment for us getting to run Rola Bola outside of an actual show (during a new artist staging). It can be a challenge with this song to relax and stay loose because it’s all bashy bashy cymbals and rock n roll fills around the drums. It’s a heavy one, but still dynamic and musical.
