Every corner of UES 2d Ave street fair today has multiple cop cars and sanitation truck barricades. Never saw this level of security before , was there a terror threat?
One of the worst American cars ever made, Chevy Corvair convertible ca. 1961 on Ocean Drive. Dangerous subject of Ralph Nader’s “Unsafe at Any Speed.” My family owned a used one, it caught fire and polluted air around it. BUT here in turquoise, lovingly restored , it’s adorable!
We’ve stayed at Edition Miami Beach many times but this is our first in the “bungalows” section. Our spacious 4th floor room has a larger and better terrace than in the main building. View takes in 2 pools and ocean. It doesn’t get better than this!
