⚫ Four cuts with familiar sounds nested within new forms in order to inspect the edges of the dancefloor & yet dance a little.
⚪ This record is a result of not needing much and sometimes getting it, playing live here and there and, of course, lots of work. On his third solo vinyl EP Stereometrix reveals a new, carefully developed yet somewhat direct sound of which we suspected him for quite a while.

“Soundscape of the Moments” is an electronic album blending ambient, bass, chillout, downtempo, and touches of IDM. Many tracks were created on a phone — while traveling, on a train, or walking through the city — as sonic snapshots of fleeting moods and moments.

New @brutaz_ 12″ is out today. On this hard to pinpoint EP by @stereometrix the tunes are curved & ecstatic, oddly relaxing & hard to mix, with recognizable sounds thrown into bold arrangements.
⚫️ Here, the expected, late dopamine release is somewhat camouflaged. These days, perhaps, the dancefloor is increasingly inhabited by people who yearn for a little musical charade, not wanting the beat drop to force them to fully expose themselves. & this is the record for those environments.
⚪️ The kids might not be quite all right but they adapt & fetch for themselves.

We’ve been playing together for a long time, but we didn’t get to see each other very often.
In August, @onetwothreefourgroove invited us to play a joint live show, and that gave us great motivation to refine our music and present it to you at @mastak_records on October 18.
In the near future, we plan to finalize the material we created both during the studio sessions and the live performance, and share it with you soon ❤️
Echoes of the Deep was made in collaboration with my dear friend Stereometrix, just before I left Warsaw for an unknown period of time. It’s our way of capturing what we felt - ambient, downtempo, deep, and personal. Each track is a piece of that goodbye, and of the connection we found through music. Check the link in bio
