When you know my story of becoming a mother during a pandemic with little to no family that lived locally to help me- you know why Iām passionate about caring for and nurturing mothers. Iām passionate about prioritizing my health first and foremost for myself but also so I can be the strong, nurturing, and loving mother I want to be. She deserves the best, healthiest, happiest mama in the world.
I know motherhood looks different for everyone and I applaud every choice a woman makes for herself. For me, as a mother, thereās no job more important than this. And I donāt think mothers get enough credit in our society. We rule!

For a few years I stopped prioritizing myself and it was showing in every facet of my life. I SNAPPED out of it four months ago. No more.
Iām not here to be a depressed work horse.
I was burnt out.
I was IRRITABLE.
