World Theatre Day! How many of us missed it?! And how important is it?! Very.
There's nothing that can replace the experience of live theatre. It reaches us and changes us in a way that nothing else can.
This was my lucky first experience of theatre - Wind in the Willows at the @nationaltheatre with @adeyscarbs@david_bamber_actor@griffrhysjones Tim McMullen, Richard Briers, Michael Bryant, Nick Hytner, Alan Bennett & a host of phenomenal people that made me realise where and what I wanted to be. Thank God for that job, thank God for those people, and thank God for actors and theatre makers that have the tenacity to keep going when 90% of the time you're told no! For those who need this, keep going because it's essential. It's vital. And so are you. Carry on. X
