Bill!
I got to meet and spend time with one of my absolute heroes during Prism. Cherry on top of a totally joyful creative process and season with the uuuuuuber talented and funny dancers of Seven Days. So much love and thanks to the whole team!
Thank you @officialdavidhallberg@ausballet and @chanelofficial 🖤
Coming to @sydneyoperahouse next month…
Creating Seven Days with this insanely talented group of dancers has been pure joy! Thank you dancers, brilliant collaborators, RD extraordinaire Charlie, amazing tech team, orchestra and everyone at The Australian Ballet especially @officialdavidhallberg for inviting me to be part of a program alongside none other than the greats, William Forsythe and Jerome Robbins. A dream made manifest.
Only 8 more shows in Melbs before @sydneyoperahouse in November. Do not miss it!
“The Australian Ballet’s flawless, breathtaking Prism is a significant coming of age for the company. Seven Days is…incredibly dynamic, intimate and well-resolved. It shows a deep connection between the choreographer and the seven dancers and a true collaboration between contemporary dance and ballet. And the score is ridiculously gorgeous.”
—The Conversation
“Seven Days builds to an exciting climax that left the opening night audience thrilled, their approval loudly audible in the triumphant curtain call. The clear highlight of the evening, Seven Days deftly blends drama and humour across exacting sharp movement danced with terrifically crisp precision.”
— Man in a Chair
“Seven Days, is an intoxicating, spirited joy from start to finish. Impeccably danced.”

What a weeeeekkkkkk! Jumping everyday between The Chronicles rehearsals with SLC and Seven Days (for Prism) rehearsals with Aus Ballet. Lucky me. I’m in awe of all of these dancers!

Seven Days for @ausballet opens September 25th at Regent Theatre 🧡🪑🧡
We’re farmers now
🐑 🐄 🌧️ 🐦 🪵 heaven!
Edit: we haven’t actually moved to the countryside, haha. Still very much city people, just having a lovely time staying at a friend’s farm for a week. I’m still a choreographer- not a farmer! Thanks for your messages asking where we’ve moved to and what crops we’re growing. We can barely manage our garden at home so we’ll stick with our current vocations for now!
I am so indebted to this group of people!!!!! In awe of their talents. 💚🌾🥹
Only 3 more chances to see The Chronicles in Melbourne. Today 2pm and 7pm, Sunday 5pm.
Thanks to everyone who’s come so far, thanks

This was a special one! It was a dream to create new work ‘Artefact’ for Nuremberg Ballet - my first commission in Europe and also the 20th collaboration with amazing Robin Fox.
The full standing ovation from four tiers of audience on opening night was the absolute cherry on top! We’re still on a high.
Thank you @monterogoyo for the invitation, @preston_mcbain for being such a fabulous rehearsal director, all of the wonderful people working behind the scenes at @staatstheaternuernberg and Nuremberg Ballet and especially big thanks to the 23 brilliant dancers - BIG LOVE!
It was a privilege to share the bill with stunning works by @monterogoyo and @rafaelbonachela
Performances run until June 14.
