so grateful for countless adventures with this hunk. He’s the most patient and believes in me way more than I believe in myself. I’m looking forward to so many more days outside with this guy.

I’ve been extremely lucky to get to climb outside so much this season with some beautiful friends!!! Every time I climb with these ladies, I leave feeling so inspired 🥰 Being outside with my friends is truly my happy place. This year I was able to fully start leading trad, and ticked off several 5.6, 5.7, and 5.8 climbs in Joshua tree.

Nothing like an extremely overdo post about a very meaningful weekend last year- the mental approach to climbing weekend with ladies weekend out (@ladiesweekendout ) @jo.adventuring and Krystina led us through an incredible couple days in Mammoth. We chatted through fear, falling, and practical ways to support emotionally yourself on the wall. This weekend was beyond inspiring for me, and I think about it often. First image is Jo demonstrating fall practice on the wall 😍

Utah in September pt 3 Backpacking jn Canyonlands! We spontaneously selected a trail, and it was the most delightful and spectacular time. It *did* rain, but only for about half an hour. There were ladders, many many cairns, and amphitheaters of rock. Swipe for some juicy landscapes.

Utah in September, pt 2 Despite the rain, we got out to a couple short hikes in Arches NP. We somehow managed to time it to experience quite possibly the most magical sunset I’ve ever seen. We had 360 views of storms rolling in 🌩️🌩️🌩️

Proudest trad lead to date - I led all 3 pitches of Corrugation Corner | 5.7 | Lovers Leap, Tahoe | 08/16/2025 lessons learned, always ~ ~Double check you have the gear (duh). the approach is not nothin’ and we both somehow forgot the majority of the rack on the first approach. ultimately after a bummed out descent, we ate lunch and decided to give it another go. We loaded up the rack and tried to keep our spirits high for the steep approach round 2. ~I need more chimney practice. The chimney pitch felt scary to me, not a lot of pro down low that I found. The highlight of the climb was exiting the chimney onto that airy traverse where you realize just how high up you are. Unbeatable. Scroll thru for some film from our nearby campsite and a pit stop at the big ol’ lake

Whodunit | 5.9 | 8 Pitches | Tahquitz 07/20/2025 Let me start by saying William led every single pitch of this climb like an absolute legend. The difficulty and length of the day was definitely too much for my current trad experience. But BOY was this an awesome adventure. It ended up being ~12hrs car door to car door. This was my first time in Tahquitz and by far the biggest climbing day to-date. 10/10 incredibly fun time. Would love to get back there and lead this thing one day. Notes to self : *bring way more water and double check that you packed it (we ran out of water on pitch 5 😵‍💫) *check. your. systems. by weighting them. Especially when you’re tired. *I need to train for longer days
