Totally thought this would’ve been a piece of cake 🙃 Every time I’d tuck my head down I’d panic because my ears wouldn’t equalize so my body was in this weird arched shape I guess when I’m diving in a pool or scuba diving my head was never down? But anyway made it down to 10m and can’t wait for more! If you free dive, how did your first time equalizing head first go? Give me your tips for what worked for you 🙏 #freediving #equalizing #frenzelmethod

Ever since I was young I’ve been obsessed with being in the ocean. I used to love diving into the deep end of the pool and seeing how long I could hold my breath for. But I’m out of practice now I love scuba diving but free diving could not be more different. For me free diving was like trying to run through different obstacles in my mind. To get myself to relax and to find peace all in one breath while making sure your ears don’t explode. I still have so much more to learn and am excited to get back into the water again 🧜‍♀️ #freediving #freedivingbeginner #scubadiving

Becoming strong has allowed me to feel confident in my own body even on days where I feel like a potato, it has given me the power to do things that seem scary like going to a rave by myself, and ultimately to feel my best. How’s your fitness feeling this year? Anybody else make stupid faces when they lift? 🙋‍♀️😂 #getstrong #strengthtraining #strongwomenrock

There was a time I wanted to be the skinniest person in the room. I skipped meals and I avoided working out because I was afraid of becoming “bulky”. It took me over 15 years to work on my relationship with my body. I’ve gone through many ups and downs but I’ve never stopped choosing strength over worrying if my arms or my legs look too big. I’ll choose being strong every time In a world where being skinny is trending again, choose strength anyway #strongissexy #strongwomen #crossfit

There’s already a lot of videos out there but I was thinking if I were to start over, what would I want to focus on? And I actually haven’t done a single pull up in almost 2 years because of an injury. I’ve been aiming to do them more consistently but I want to do them right so I don’t continue injuring myself Try these out and let me know how it goes! Happy pull-upping 💪 #pullups #strengthtraining #crossfit #pullupstrength

Last week a client apologized for her stomach after eating gluten. She told me not to look because it was “sticking out”. Your body responding to food is not something to be ashamed of. It’s just a body… being a body. You don’t need to apologize for eating food. 👉 Save this if you need the reminder #bodyimage #foodmindset
