Karatsu Kunchi 🇯🇵 Saga, Japan 🏮 Autum shrine festival dating back centuries. The current floats were created between 1819 - 1876. Each float represents a street in Karatsu… There are 14 floats with neighborhood families drawing their respective floats. Each float is a traditional dragon, animal, creature, fish or samurai. Hiroshima 👘🇯🇵 Tried a lot of new things. Beautiful kimono, oyster okonomiyaki, saw reindeer which I thought only lived in the North Pole.. also museum and memorial.
Nagasaki 🏮🇯🇵 Lantern Festival :) I want to show you how beautiful but no picture can fully express. Amazing food and friends. I learned that there’s no such thing as too many lanterns. 🇯🇵 Japan is the best!!
