Playing with Luma labs and its start and end reference frames. You can render out simple rigs and objects. Replace them in nano banana and have luma labs place them in your scene. Downside you can burn through alot of credits getting it right but quicker than rendering out in 3d.
Messing around with Polycam. With your phone you can quickly lidar scan a room. Model is a head-scan with stock parkour motion capture.

Playing around with Wonder Studio. It really is a zero learning curve automated process. I uploaded old training footage, drag and dropped a character on the footage and this the result. You can see glitching on some frames, but I’m surprised how well it generated motion capture from flips and twist on lower quality footage. Total time it took to do this was 40 minutes and that was mostly processing time. Pretty incredible.
