My foraging week…wild garlic (cardiovascular support, antibacterial properties and high in vitamin A & C), dandelion (antioxidant & anti inflammatory, with vitamins A, C and K) and cleavers (detoxes and flushes the lymphatic system and helps reduce inflammation). Made pesto, garlic oil, cleaver tea and dandelion honey. The walk from Archway Station to Highgate Cemetery I found them everywhere!! Happy hunting. 😘🌸🌺🌳🌱 #foraged #forage #foragedfood #foodforfree

45 years of incredible friendship…and still getting stronger! 💪🏻💕🥳🤸🏼♂️🥂⚡️ before my mother passed away she told me how immensely pleased she was that I had reconnected with my school friends of St Christopher‘s …in a way she knew I would need them to cope with the enormous hole that would be left when she was gone and she was right. I need these courageous ladies who have all led exemplary lives and continue to slug forth with superhuman strength regardless of the many obstacles.
