I didn’t crop out the scan so you can get a sense of the movement, as everything is done in the scan with no post-processing⚡️
I think the trick to scanning the collages is knowing what you want to have clean and to stay more still as it scans there — in this one I wanted the top ‘art for life’s sake’ and all of the different torn edges. And then to make very subtle shifts otherwise! 🌼
The scans end up being a bit elongated, and I love them for my phone backgrounds, I’m setting this one now ◡̈
I alsooo didn’t even notice the angel numbers on the lock until I was gluing it on and I love that 🪽✂️🤍
This is just the background or base for something I want to do on top but haven’t quite figured out yet.. but I like to scan everything at basically every stage just in case / for fun / why not 😅😇

I’ve been getting my film back and organized from the last bit of time 🤍🎞️ I didn’t shoot a ton of film in Norway because the Olympus was too cold in the arctic !! and I also got a bit lost in being present on this trip ◡̈ I got a few shots that I love, including this magic snowscape and our crew as we are about to head out for the day! 🤿❄️ #35mmfilm #olympusstylusepic
I unintentionally shot this roll of film twice 🎞️ but ended up loving these special double exposures
I was annoyeddd at my own mistake when I first got these back, because both rolls on their own were really epic —
The first roll is from a sunrise at the Maroon Bells in Aspen with @chrisslly where we encountered the mountains turning orange with the sunrise and I manifested three foxes and an entire field of deer appeared across the river anddd it was soo magical!! ✨🌲🦌
And then the second time I shot the roll, I took a few photos with my Nana at my cousin’s wedding in Pittsburgh before my trip to Asia. I finished this roll within a few days in between Bangkok and Chang Mai ❤️🔥🌴
— After sitting with them for about .5 seconds I realized that I’m obsessed with them of course ☺️ and I love the direct juxtaposition it provides around my life, weaving together home in Colorado and all my travels elsewhere into this seamless play between realms and worlds and realities ✨🤌🏼 I live for that, metaphorically and spiritually and artistically and all the ways !! ◡̈ #doubleexposure #doubleexposurefilm #kodak200
