When I started The Social Network, it was just me. One person planning strategy, shooting content, editing videos, answering emails, and trying to give brands the kind of clarity I wished someone had given me when I started. I didn’t imagine how quickly things would grow, or how much work it would take to keep up. This year, everything shifted. We moved from a one-woman team to a team of seven each person with their own role, their own strength, and their own way of bringing a brand to life. Designers, editors, strategists, content creators… all adding something different to the vision. And because the team grew, the work grew too. We stepped into new industries, built intentional strategies, shot cleaner videos, and shaped campaigns that helped brands cut through the noise. We watched quiet pages turn into real communities, and founders step into their voice with confidence. The numbers matter, but the story behind them means more. This year wasn’t just about content created or campaigns launched. It was about becoming the agency I dreamed of one that builds brands with intention, not pressure. 2025 was our foundation. 2026 is where we build louder, clearer, and even more intentionally.
