Love this costume from last year’s production of Carmen with Opera Columbus. I took on the role of Frasquita which was a grand departure from my “mom” or “nun” roles or best yet “mother superior” roles! Frasquita was a party girl and bestie of Mercedes and Carmen, smuggling drugs, having fun and living it up! Found this photo in my camera and had to share it and reminisce on this show.
