two weeks.. two weeks ago i lost the man who has taught me everything i know. two weeks ago i lost my best friend and my whole life changed forever.
most of you know how much my family means to me. and you know how much i love my dad and how much my father loved us. there wasn’t a single thing he wouldn’t have done to make us happy. If we couldn’t find a way we knew dad would. if we needed help we knew dad would be right behind us.
my dad was smart, caring, goofy, generous and so so passionate about his family. passionate about his job and passionate about helping others.
i’ve received so many stories about how my dad has touched the hearts of you guys - let me tell you, KEEP THEM COMING PLEASE. they make me so happy to know he cared that way about everyone.
He always made sure we knew how loved we were whether that being chocolate on Valentine’s Day or paying for us to get our nails done here and there or even just sliding a couple extra bucks to our bank account when he saw it was low or telling us screw that boy i never liked him anyway after a breakup. my dad was there for every single part of my life. good or bad. he never left his daughters sides. a big family man he was.
Seeing everyone come to the ceremonies yesterday i was very overwhelmed at first, but then I realized that all these people here my father touched and cared for and loved in some way shape or form - and it made me realize how HUGE my family is - you are all family💌
i love you so much and i miss you so much already dad. please watch over me and kristin and kylie and mom. i’m gonna be as strong as i can be just like you raised me to be! i hope i continue to make you proud 🫶🏼🪽
for those that may not know i get my love for music from my parents. both of them music LOVERS. thank you dad for taking us to see some amazing artists like jimmy buffet, metallica & supporting my passions for music.
rest in peace dad. i hope you and uncle daniel and granddolly are having a blast up there 💌🪽
