The more I post, the more free I feel. The more I put myself out there, the less power I give to what other people think. Yes, sometimes it’s embarrassing, but one thing I’ve learnt is that putting yourself out there builds character and confidence. You discover so much about yourself in the process… it’s actually crazy. I’ve also learnt how important it is to create boundaries and stop looking at everyone else’s “greener grass.” Because yours is growing too 🌱 When embarrassment stops controlling you, you can do ANYTHING. The moment you push past that fear, you become unstoppable. Trust yourself. Keep showing up. The more you post, the more confident you become and the less worried you are about other people’s opinions. The @abbeyyung  method is literally transforming my hair 🥹. If you haven’t heard of her yet… she’s helping SO many women finally grow healthier, stronger hair, and honestly, the proof speaks for itself. I’ve changed a few things along the way because hair care really is trial and error, and not every product works for every hair type, but she gives so many different options and recommendations to work with. One of my favourite parts is that most of the products she recommends are affordable drugstore finds, plus she shares cheaper alternatives to expensive products that work just as well. I’ll say this as many times as it needs to be heard… CONFIDENCE IS A MUSCLE! And like any muscle, it grows through repetition, through action, through putting yourself out there even when it feels uncomfortable. But here’s something most people don’t realise… What if you are putting yourself out there, doing the work, trying to build confidence… but nothing is really changing? The reason is usually simple. You’re stuck in fight or flight.❌ You’re living in survival mode. Constantly rushing, chasing, overthinking, holding your breath, clenching your jaw until it turns into headaches. Then pushing your body even more at the gym without giving it real recovery. All of this keeps your nervous system dysregulated. And when your nervous system is dysregulated, your body doesn’t feel safe. So even if you’re doing all the “confidence work”… your body is still in stress mode. And you can’t feel confident, sexy, or grounded in a body that doesn’t feel safe to be in. That’s why I always say this: before anything else, you have to regulate your nervous system. You have to bring your body back into safety. Here’s where to start if you don’t know how: - Morning breathwork - Talking therapy - EFT (tapping) - Mindful eating - Slowing down how you speak - Walking slower - Taking deep breaths throughout the day - Lymphatic massage - A nourishing night routine - Pilates or gentle movement - Rest - Yoga You don’t need to do everything. Start with a few and actually feel what changes in your body. But if I’m honest with you, the most effective and fastest way to regulate your nervous system is...
