Learn posture, balance, and safety while mastering the mechanics of forward skating and stopping comfortably.

INTRO TO PIVOTS (INTERMEDIATE)
Learn to speed up your transitions with pivots and get acquainted with lifting up your heels and toes off the floor.

BALANCE + EDGES (BEGINNER)
Improve stability, agility, and control with one-foot balance and essential edge techniques.

TOE/HEEL BALANCE (INTERMEDIATE)
Learn to balance on your toes and heels with drills that push you to your highest skate potential.

CROSSOVERS (BEGINNER)
Develop seamless forward motion and edge control to comfortably cross one foot over the other in the curve.

Learn some new footwork and improve your flow with some middle work combos, such as the Downtown, G-Slide, and Fancy Kick!
