Was für ein Moment im Milla Club München: Gemeinsam mit Kurtis Blow die Bühne zu rocken, war eine riesige Ehre und absolut surreal 🤯🙌
Kurtis Blow ist nicht einfach nur ein Name – er ist HipHop-Geschichte. Als einer der allerersten Rapper mit einem Major-Label-Deal hat er das Genre weltweit geprägt. Tracks wie „The Breaks“ machten Rap Ende der 70er mainstream und öffneten Türen für Generationen von Artists danach. 🏆🔥

I want to give a big thank you to @step2diz.de in Germany for the invitation. Watching these kids and their passion for the culture took me right back to my preteen days—practicing moves in Powerful & Jr’s living room on Beverly Road, or in Eddie’s basement on Ocean and Avenue I. Anywhere with cardboard, linoleum, or a smooth floor, we were there: spinning, doing windmills, 1990s, locking, popping—you name it.
It’s a reminder that sometimes other countries embrace the culture even more than the place that created it.
