On March 23rd I celebrated 10 years of continuous sobriety. I am profoundly grateful for this journey and for the beautiful inspiring people that continue to share it with me. Life is messy and complicated but facing it sober has been a gift. I am so grateful that I get to be present for it all- so here’s to more of that. One day at a time. ❤️
We lost my father-in-law, our beloved Bob Bohon this week and the shock has been enormous. See the second slide for his full obituary which gives only a glimpse into the life of this remarkable, talented, and wonderful man. His family meant everything to him- and so did music and musical theater. If he wasn’t performing in a show he was music directing it, or recording an entire orchestration, or painting the sets- whatever had to be done. Bob was literally the best at anything he put his mind to- it was astonishing. Cooking, baking, piano playing, art projects…want to add Faux-finishing to your walls? He could do that too. You name it, he could figure it out and make it happen. A truly remarkable Renaissance man who was a true joy to be around. How lucky we all are to love and be loved by him. Gone far too soon. Rest in peace, dear Bob. ❤️

THANK GOODNESS, London- 8 July, 2025. This one always breaks my heart open. For two decades this section of the song has been one of my favorites pieces to conduct- and with @jeffatmajian ’s new orchestration I nearly levitated off the podium. It is just ravishing. My heartfelt gratitude to all of the extraordinary musicians that I had the privilege of working with on both of these films- and to the entire amazing gang at @airstudioslyndhurst - especially @nobtwiddler for capturing the magic as it happened. And, above all, thank you #stephenschwartz for…well, all of it. 💚💖
