“The dagger” (8b) ✅

I know it’s not a world class performance anymore, but this ascent have a huge meaning for me.
It’s a kinda of love/hate story with this boulder, started 4 years ago.
I’ have tryed this line just for fun in 2020 and soon I realise that suite me pretty well, then i came back for a second session the next week, and then nothing for two years.
In 2022 had one good session, then a bad finger injury forced me to quit climbing for months.
Came back in december 2023, in a good shape, and in the first session of the year I fall at the very last move. I decide, for once, to concentrate and complete a project.
Then my nightmare start: for 5 sessions in a row I always fell on the last move😵💫.
I felt strong but every time something went wrong, and soon it became a mental challenge.
yesterday, after an uninterrupted month of rain despite my pretty bad shape , I decide to do a session just for check the moves again.
After a quick warm-up I decide to take a lap , and I found myself on the top of the line.
I’ll probably never understand this game 😂
Thanks to my buddy @pierremellot for sharing most of the session with me 🥰.

“Il sogno perfetto” (8b)✅
I’m not used to writing deep shit, but this time feels different.
Those who know me well, who have managed to scratch beneath the surface and truly see me know how complex I am; how often I feel hollow, unsure of where I belong in this world. And every time that emptiness returns, climbing finds me again. It gathers me up like an old friend, holds me gently, and gives me back my smile and my sense of lightness.
Thank you🌞
@aizakkkkk Thank you for sharing this line with me🥰
You’re the next 😈
