Within this sonic tapestry, I weave together elements of meticulous technique and unconventional approaches reminiscent of the craftsmanship found in rare vehicles like the RUF CTR , Mercedes 280SL pagoda etc, where detailing reign supreme. Echoing the finesse of traditional bread baking, I embrace a slower pace, akin to the methodical process of tweaking and discovery through a modular synthesizer. This approach forms the foundation of my artistic expression, merging the seemingly divergent worlds of automotive craftsmanship and bread baking into a unique auditory experience. During my artist residency at the Akademie Der Kunst Berlin, I embark on an exploration of digital and analogue composition, pushing the boundaries of sound using the studio’s resources. Utilizing tools such as the SUBHA CHORD 60s Synthesizer and incorporating field recordings from a mechanic workshop in Accra, I craft an edgy composition that challenges conventional norms.
