to everyone who stopped by for a cup, purchased a bag or two, shared kind words, asked about our coffees, and believed in what we’re building, thank you. we started our roastery with a simple approach: to share coffees that we genuinely love. it’s hard to explain how special it feels to see people connect with something you’ve worked on quietly for a while. this is only the beginning, but we’ll always remember this first booth.
thank you, penang, @malaysia_coffee_week

in a world of chaos, stellar is a place where time slows, where the beauty of stillness can be appreciated, and where good coffee keeps us company.
if you’re someone who believes moving in stillness, and that good things come slow, drop your cv to [email protected] as we are looking for full/part time barista.
cheers.
this washed lot from azahar is a smallholder selection sourced from multiple producers across the districts of chapacual, tasnaque, and zaragoza in the yacuanquer municipality of narino, colombia. grown at high elevations in the andes and carefully washed to highlight clarity and structure, this coffee is a beautiful expression of place and craft.
in the cup, it opens with a delicate orange blossom aromatics, soft and elegant. as it cools, the blueberry sweetness emerges, woven seamlessly into a silky body. the acidity is bright but polished, carrying the florals and fruit with grace rather than sharpness. every sip feels transparent, allowing the terroir of narino to shine.
there’s something timeless about a washed colombian profile like this. it’s the kind of cup that reminds us why we started and why we fell in love with coffee in the first place. a coffee that feels endlessly inspiring.
now available on brew and retail at our coffee shop.
another year celebrating cny in stellar.
street vibes filling this town, feeding the new resident cats that greet us every morning during calibration, calligraphy by mr long, cny cookies from helen, aunties and uncles sharing their memories of this old cinema from decades ago while sipping coffee. travellers dropping by to try the liberica, all the laughs, all the chats, and all the coffees we’ve made together.
all these moments reminded why we started and why we love the connections built over coffee. wishing everyone a good year ahead.
