the beams & how we created them: a photo story 🌼✨ i know videos are sometimes harder to digest, so here’s a tutorial in case you want to save it! We decided to do 2x6 for our cleats, but if you want a thinner look, you can always use 2x4! Also, for those asking about beam placement - we needed to screw each beam into a stud - so you have to find the studs in your space before you can decide how many beams to create & where they have to be placed! studs are generally 16 inches apart, and knowing that will make it easier once you find one 🙂🙂 we debated between 3,4 and 5 beams and ended up with 4!
