I had to learn the hard way that pushing through everything isnât strength⌠listening to your body is. Rest isnât weakness, and taking a step back doesnât mean youâve failed. It means youâre paying attention.
I gave myself the time to recover, to reset mentally and physically, and to come back with more intention. Because real progress isnât about going hard all the time. Itâs about knowing when to pause so you donât burn out.
If your body is asking for a break, take it. Youâre not losing progress, youâre protecting it.
Now weâre back, stronger, wiser, and ready to go even harder. đĽđŞ

Self-discipline is powerful.
But peer pressure? Elite.
Three months isnât about some dramatic movie transformation.
Itâs about consistency.
Itâs about not disappearing after Week 2.
Itâs about showing up when itâs boring.
When itâs heavy.
When your legs are shaking and your gym bro says, âOne more.â
May 10 isnât just a date.
Itâs proof.
Accountability hits different when someone will publicly remind you that you said you were âlocked in.â
