Just Closed: $50.75M Acquisition of Weberstown Mall in Stockton, CA @steerpoint.capital is proud to have served as strategic advisor to Mershops on its $50,750,000 acquisition of @weberstownmall in Stockton, California.
This 800,000-square-foot, enclosed mall in California’s Central Valley is home to national retailers including @barnesandnoble , @dillards , @JCPenney , @oldnavy , and @fivebelow .
As part of the transaction, Steerpoint Capital will provide asset management, leasing, and reinvestment advisory services. Our team looks forward to supporting Mershops’ vision for reimagining Weberstown Mall as a dynamic destination where commerce, culture, and community come together.

Yesterday was nothing short of amazing. The positive vibes were everywhere as the community came out to participate in this feel-good project.
