We’re excited to share the latest construction updates as HARLO nears completion. On the exteriors - siding, storefronts, landscaping, and outdoor amenities are nearly finished, with the park path and surrounding roadwork also approaching completion.
Inside, suites and corridors are almost ready, with cabinets, countertops, appliances, and other finishes in place. Interior amenities and lobbies are coming together to create welcoming spaces for future residents.
The parkade is complete, and all utilities—Hydro, Telus, Shaw, Fortis, water, sanitary, storm, and gas—are fully installed and operational.

We are excited to share the latest summer construction milestones at HARLO.
Building 1 has made significant progress with drywall complete and in-suite finishing underway. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dens, and balconies are nearing completion. The rooftop amenity, offering breathtaking views of Mount Baker, is also in the final stages. Exterior work, including brick and Hardie cladding, is progressing beautifully.
In Building 2, rough-ins are complete, and drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinet installations are in progress. The exterior cladding mirrors the quality and aesthetic of Building 1. Additionally, exterior roads, curbs, and utilities for both buildings are well underway.
