Pizza night will always have a special place in my heart, especially when it includes being in the kitchen with my mom. Growing up it was always a tradition for us and even as we get older we still make time for it. She may not love cooking as much as I do but she loves the final result. This time I went with a steak and caramelized onion pizza with a garlic Parm cream sauce and a little truffle oil on top using @steakumm 100% Angus Beef Sliced Steaks. Quick, easy, and absolutely delish. #ad #SteakummPartner Ingredients: For the Steak-umm: ∙1 box @steak_umm100 % Angus Beef Sliced Steaks ∙Drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil ∙Salt and pepper to taste For the caramelized onions: ∙2 sweet yellow onions, thinly sliced ∙2 tablespoons butter ∙Salt and pepper to taste ∙Water as needed For the garlic Parmesan cream sauce: ∙1 tablespoon butter ∙2 garlic cloves, minced ∙1¼ cups heavy cream ∙¼ cup Parmesan cheese ∙½ teaspoon roasted garlic powder ∙½ teaspoon onion powder ∙¼ teaspoon black pepper For the pizza: ∙Pizza dough ∙Mozzarella cheese ∙Chives ∙Truffle oil 1. Preheat your oven to 500°F 2.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the onions look dry or start to stick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water as needed to deglaze the pan. Set aside. 3.Add a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the Steak-umm and break into small pieces as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked through, drain the excess grease and set aside. 4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted. Adjust seasonings if necessary and set aside. 5. Stretch out your pizza dough and spread the garlic Parmesan cream sauce evenly over the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, and the cooked steak. 6.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. 7. Top with parm, chives & truffle oil.

#ad Breakfast isn’t a time of day — it’s a whole feeling. These @Steak_umm Smash Breakfast Tacos hit the spot whether it’s late‑night getting the kids home from practice or early‑morning fueling up for a long day. We love breakfast for dinner just as much as breakfast in the morning, and either way these tacos disappear fast. So delicious. Ingredients 1 pkg Steak‑umm (100% Angus Beef) 4 eggs, whisked ½ cup shredded cheese 1 cup prepared hash browns ½ cup diced green & red peppers and onions 4 tbsp butter, divided 2–4 tbsp neutral oil (for hash browns and steak) 4–6 taco‑size tortillas 2 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, divided Instructions Heat a skillet over medium and add a little oil. Add the hash browns and cook until crisp and golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil. Once hot, add the Steak‑umm. Chop them as they cook and season with some of the seasoning mix. When the meat begins to brown, add the peppers and onions. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, then remove from the skillet and set aside. Wipe out the skillet before assembling the tacos. Return it to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet. When it starts to bubble, pour in just enough whisked egg to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. As the edges begin to set, sprinkle on some of the meat mixture and cheese. Place a tortilla directly on top of the egg and gently press down. Cook for about 1 minute, then flip. After flipping, add some hash browns, meat, and cheese to the other side. Fold it in half and cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese has melted. Repeat the process until all tacos are made. Enjoy! #breakfast #SteakummPartner

I grabbed @steak_umm 100% Beef Sliced Steaks, threw them on the pan, and in just a few minutes we had the base ready. It’s 100% beef, high protein, and honestly just an easy way to pull a cheesesteak together without overthinking it. #ad #SteakummPartner
