We got the green light! LA Department of Recreation and Parks officially signed off & we are moving full speed ahead rebuilding Palisades Park. From the very beginning, this has been our vision at Steadfast: accelerate recovery by bringing the speed and expertise of the private sector to public projects, working hand-in-hand with the city to get it done. Stay positive.
Disaster demands action, not delays. Through @steadfastla & @meetsamara , the private sector is helping families return home and move forward. Rosalina and her family are back in their community, and we could not be more proud to be part of their journey.
Last week, we installed a new home for Rosalina in Altadena. She lost her home in the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. Months before the fire, her insurance had been cancelled, leaving her without a clear path back.
Through our partnership with @steadfastla , we built and installed a new home for Rosalina at no profit and at no cost to her. It’s the first of several homes we’ll install this year for underinsured homeowners who want to return and rebuild the communities they’re part of.
Rebuilding after a disaster is a deeply personal choice. We stepped up by doing what we know how to do—designing and building homes—but the real work belongs to the people who choose to come back and start again.

Through Steadfast LA & Samara, Rosalina and her family are returning to their community in Altadena. This is the impact we can make in our communities if we step in and make things happen.
It’s the people, not the politicians, that have made a difference. It is remarkable what @steadfastla and our communities have accomplished, from faster plan checks and small business grants to modular homes helping families and seniors return to their neighborhoods. We won’t stop until our communities are back.
We’re really proud of our modular housing initiative and can’t wait to begin installing homes soon so families can remain on their property and get back to their communities.
