Climbed the Zodiac with the Multi-ledge-nds. Testing the new double multiledge prototype and it’s rad. @staticnomadic brought up his fancy camera 📸 and stayed the night with us on pitch 4 and he had the photos edited by the time @freebird_rd_mountain_equipment and I topped out and got down. Climbing in Yosemite Valley is pretty rad, and I love to capture it! The new updated version of the best Yosemite guidebook around is dropping next month, and features these photos and some others by yours truly! Some are a few years old, and some are brand new and shot just for the book. Such a fun project to be a part of! Thanks so much to Erik Sloan and everyone else for the support, be it through modeling, logistics magic or just providing the best of vibes on the walls and at the crags. First shot is of @kacy_anderson on one of my personal Yosemite Valley favorites, “The Surprise”. 2: Stu on the Astroman enduro corner 3: Kacy on Psycho Good Path (new route) 4: Shelly on Ten Years After 5: Kenzie on Absolutely Free You can use this link to preorder: /product/2025-rock-climbing-yosemite-valley-pdf-print-book-preorder-july-aug-delivery/

My very first @joshuatreemusicfestival was a success!! So much gratitude for this entire community, artists and crowd alike - not a single one of you failed to bring absolutely beautiful vibes all weekend long. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the weekend, capturing just a few of those who helped make this gathering truly special. I really felt the love. Centered and Silly in Harmony Very fun bringing this image to life with collaboration from @schwazito who stuck it out amongst the bugs and @joelwantstogo with his light painting skills! Hooray for creative play!

Successful day of backcountry skiing in the Sherwins Monday! Second ski tour ever and it was definitely a learning experience. Very grateful for this entire crew who patiently supported and mentored me through all the rough patches. I realized recently that it’s been a really long time since I’ve truly learned something new. Not just the new skills but also the feelings that come with the process of learning can feel overwhelming. But in the end, gratifying. I also realized while I was up there that the added expectation that I put on myself to shoot photos on top of everything else was a little bit ambitious of me, but I got a few so here they are. p.s. shoutout to Sony cameras and Sigma lenses for having some truly bomber weather proofing that I unintentionally put to the test.

I wouldn’t say I “use my friends for their pets”… but their presence is definitely an added bonus. Lately I seem to be picking up a lot of moments between friends and their sweet babies, so here are just a few. #doggos #cattos #petportraitsofinstagram

Big transitions coinciding with the start of the new year. Embracing scary changes that give me room to breathe. Big exhales. Mega grateful for all those that help smooth out the rough edges of life. You make it easier to say “bring it on”. Photo from a camping spot along the Sespe River during a mini adventure with amazing friends. @trailrunningdrummer @beccawanderss #breathe #sesperiver #cosmos

It’s getting icy in Yosemite and I’m getting ready to switch it up. I didn’t really get a proper desert climbing season last winter, so I’m getting especially stoked about sand and wild succulents on the horizon. And of course, desert climbing and photography! Here’s a shot from a season past of @_ray.diaz_ on a project that I’m finally getting around to posting. If you’re climbing something this winter that’s special to you and want it captured, hit me up fam! I just might be around to help. #joshuatree #rockclimbing #sportclimbing #goldenhour #desertlove #climbingphotography

Updating the website means coming across gems from the season that I forgot to post! Here’s some extras from the guidebook shoot featuring @wildernessrachel styling up Yose University, a stellar new 5.9 on the upper tier of Swan Slab! Five star day out creating and climbing, and of course, as with all climbing in the valley, built in five star backdrops. #rockclimbing #tradclimbing #yosemitenationalpark #yosemiteclimbing #tradisrad

One last high country adventure before the pass closes for the season, and dang it was a good one! Went on a trail run through the mountains with @isabellaa.ayalaa to go check out the Mt. Maclure area. Wowwww. So much magic! There was a bit of snow to make it a little more interesting. Many signs of life, though none of other humans. What an incredible season of adventures and romping around in the alpine, all with the raddest of company. Legs sore, heart full. #trailrunning #yosemite #alpinerunning #yosemitepark #yaymountains

Fall was falling on my way out of the valley on Thursday. So I got out of the car a couple times and lined up with the tourists, because why the hell not? Happy to report that it still gets me, four years later. #yosemitevalley #fallcolors #elcap #elcapitan #bridalveilfalls
