Ive had a funny couple of weeks. Everyday is a balance, making the right choices that will support my mental health. Sometimes it starts to get away and it feels like a gamble. Taking risks that maybe I will be ok or maybe I’ve pushed the line a little too far. Living life on the borderline between I’m fine and I’m not ok. I’m hoping that I will be able to get back the balance soon because I’ve got the most exciting announcement of my life coming up and I would hate that memory to be tarnished by a state of anxiety. All of my songs are written about my mental health journey, and I promise to start opening up about the stories behind the songs real soon.
