Operating in the insurance, banking, investment, and healthcare sectors, PZU manages assets worth nearly 500 billion zlotys. It is an organization where the Contact Center serves as the first point of contact with customers: from claims reporting, through benefits processing, to policy management. And this is exactly where the challenge lies! PZU currently forecasts customer requests and calls based on historical data and a set of well‑known, proven variables. At the same time, there is a strong belief that the full potential of available data and advanced analytics capabilities is not yet being fully leveraged.
