We’re excited to welcome Dr. Kate Bennett to Star Track UCI for the 2026 season. As part of our collaboration, we're thrilled to be working with her new Full Send Consulting program.
Kate is a sport psychologist working with athletes and teams at the highest levels of performance, helping competitors build the mental skills needed to thrive in training and competition. Rooted in elite sport psychology & The Way of Champions, Full Send Consulting helps leaders and teams cultivate high-performing, values-driven cultures where people thrive.
As our program continues to grow — from afterschool riders discovering the sport for the first time to riders competing internationally — we believe mental performance and athlete health are essential parts of building a sustainable high-performance culture.
With Dr. Bennett's guidance, we're already unlocking the tools to build toward championship-level success by transforming how we as a team relate to pressure, purpose, and each other.
