What happens when you put 100 students over one weekend in one room and let them hack? 🚀 You get 24 hours full of ambition, creativity, caffeine, legal chaos, breakthrough ideas, new friendships and some of the smartest minds from law, tech and business building solutions that actually matter. That was #MunichHackingLegal2026. 450+ applications. 94 selected participants. One intense weekend at @tu.muenchen City Campus. From AI-powered compliance tools to legal innovation prototypes, the energy in the room was unreal. But what made this weekend truly special was the community behind it. At START Munich, we believe the best ideas happen when ambitious people come together, challenge each other and build beyond their comfort zone. Seeing participants collaborate until 4am, mentors genuinely invested in teams and strangers becoming friends within hours reminded us exactly why we do this. Was passiert, wenn Menschen aus Recht und Tech gemeinsam an Herausforderungen arbeiten? Das hat das diesjährige Munich Hacking Legal Event gezeigt: 100 Teilnehmende, 24 Stunden Hackathon, und jede Menge Innovationsgeist. 🧠 Studierende, Jurist*innen, Entwickler*innen und Technikbegeisterte kamen zusammen, um gemeinsam an realen Herausforderungen zu arbeiten. 💡 Unsere Herausforderung an sechs Teams: rechtliche Playbooks neu denken. In nur 24 Stunden entstanden Prototypen, die zeigen, wie rechtliches Wissen dynamisch, interaktiv und greifbar werden kann. Nah an der Praxis und weit weg von starren Dokumenten. 👏 Ein großes Dankeschön an @startmunich für die Organisation, an alle Teams und an unsere Mitsponsoren für die Zusammenarbeit. 🧑‍💻👩‍💻Spannender Hackathon an der TU München 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 Veranstalter waren: ✴️ @legaltechcolab ✴️ @startmunich ✴️ @liquidlegalinstitute ✴️ @tu.muenchen ℹ️ Studentinnen und Studenten sowie Young Professionals aus den Bereichen Jura, Informatik und Wirtschaft sind in Teams gegeneinander angetreten. 450 hatten sich für die Teilnahme beworben, rund 100 wurden ausgewählt. Sie hatten dann 24 Stunden Zeit, um an praxisnahen juristischen Herausforderungen zu arbeiten. 🏆 Gewonnen hat das Team „Fidevus“. Die drei (ehemaligen) Studenten von TU München und LMU setzten sich gegen starke Konkurrenz durch.
