Before the new year begins we’d like to recap on one of our favorite events this year, our annual back to school backpack giveaway 📚🎒
Throughout this event, we were able to provide hundreds of backpacks and essential school supplies to the South Park Community of Los Angeles 🫂 everyone was also able to enjoy carnival games, bouncy houses, slides, delicious food, the sounds of our live dj, and much more 🙌🏽
We’d like to say thank you to all of our volunteers and partners, including @joeychavezzz and @losamigoswalnut ! We truly are so thankful for each and everyone of you who make events like these possible 🙏🏽

Our mission has always been and will continue to be - empowering the youth. Start Here provides young people in low-income communities with information, experiences, and opportunties that grows their skills, raises their self-confidence, and empowers them to drive change within themselves and their communities.

This event included clothes for teens 13-18 years old, sports equipment, delicious food, snow area, bouncy houses, santa and the grinch appearances, lakers tickets and much much more! 🎁

I am overflowing with gratitude and joy after having the opportunity to give back to the incredible kids in my family’s province! With the amazing donations I received, we were able to provide not only essential school supplies but also sports gear and fun activities that will inspire these bright young minds.
