Great weekend at Road Atlanta for round 2 of the @gotransam season! Rafa and Stanton both came away with some valuable points.
•@rafamatos2 managed to hold his position while battling on track car issues.
•@stantonbarrett climbed his way from the back of the pack, gaining 13 overall positions during the race.
•@grahamjacobson19 showed his pace and had a strong qualifying, but unfortunately had an incident on lap 5 forcing him to retire the car.

We did a thing… @stantonbarrettfamilywines & I rolled into the 2008 @gatorade Duels as true independents, running our way into @nascar@daytona 500 right up until the final laps before getting wiped out in one of that season’s nastier wrecks with former F1 world champion Jacques Villeneuve. Stanton walked away with barely a scratch, even if we wrote off the No. 50 SKI Motorsports @nosenergydrink car that day.
Almost 20 years later, the part I appreciate most isn’t the crash clip, it’s that people still remember that little team that could, the work everyone (#SKI) put in, and how much fun we had chasing the Daytona 500 - best of luck to all the teams in the 2026 #daytona500 this weekend @nascaronfox
