- They hand-make south african sausages from scratch
- Croissants are HAND laminated
- Stews are cooked in 65 gallon kettles
- 5 days of emergency pantry food is required at all times.
- Majority fresh produce and a variety of cultural dishes and innovative flavors
- Almost all of the kitchen staff have reimagined their lives through rehab and hard work💪

What an incredible night at Recharge Your Closet with @rethinktherunway during @sfclimateweek ! 🌿👗 We were proud to be part of this amazing sustainable fashion pop-up, where the community came together to swap, mend, and reimagine their wardrobes. From inspiring talks on circular fashion and live styling workshops to on-the-spot garment mending and even sneaker restoration, the energy in the room was truly special!
