After months of prepping and planning, we’re throwing open the warehouse doors for a packed 2-day festival.
You can roam 14 locations across the district with:
– 12 exhibitions
– 15 workshops
– 40 open studios
– 13 drop-in activities
And that’s not all—we’ve got food and art stalls, guided tours, live music, and evening events to keep the festival vibes going.

@dan._.mauz (b. Daniele Maurizi, 1991, Rome) is a conceptual artist based in London. His exhibition, Visual Lexicon Vol. 1 at Park Royal Gallery (10–31 July 2025), brought together paintings, sculptures, furniture design, and installations. Dan breaks from expected forms of art to explore the essence of found objects – not to subvert their meaning, but to expand it.
Silhouettes, leather boots, knives, holy relics, and neon lighting appear across the show. By using objects already charged with cultural associations, he develops a visual vocabulary that is both personal and universal...

We’re pleased to welcome Lorraine from @groundup_ldn to Excelsior Studios and The Republic of Park Royal!
Part of the Park Royal community, Lorraine has spent the past ten years baking in her home kitchen, supplying both private events and the likes of @thefoundry.collective .
Now she’s joining us and setting up shop at Excelsior Studios.
A one-woman team, Lorraine will be serving locally roasted coffee @intermission.coffee (roasted two roads over at @standardstudios.ltd , smoothies, iced drinks, salads, toasties, and her signature afternoon teas and one-of-your-five-a-day bakes - lemon drizzle, banana or carrot cake!
I’m sure many of you will have had a warm welcome from her as she’s been setting up over the past few weeks. Pop by for some good coffee, food and bakes.
