CUSTOMER REVIEW: Wonderful experience from start to finish! The customer service is exceptional. They made sure that everything was approved before shipping. My son wanted something changed and they were wonderful and absolutely professional. We received the Jacket and it is beautiful. CUSTOMER REVIEW: So the reason I chose this company was the versatility to be able to create the jacket the way I wanted. I did not find that option with other companies. They had limitations. I did run into some limitations with this company but they were minimal and it made sense why they couldn't do it. I have to say communication is amazing there was never a time I waited more than a day for a response. Before they even put the coat into production you have to verify everything. After the coat is produced they send you pictures to verify everything before they ship it. I was amazed on how fast it arrived. The jacket is just amazing!!!
(On a side note I had my son try on a jacket at a local store we did find that it runs a touch smaller then the jacket he tried on. It wasn't a big enough difference that it affected us it will fit our needs.) Jonathon Pettigrew
