Every Saturday in Western Sydney at Trainstation Gym 24/7, we level up competitors from every federation and every stage of the journey.
All classes are beginner friendly and designed for you to jump in any time
(I do always recommend a one on one before your first class just to get you prepared, but not mandatory at all).

Some people still think online coaching creates distance…
but honestly, some of my deepest athlete connections have been built through a screen.
@gabba.good and I have always worked online because we live far from each other, but the energy, trust and communication have never felt distant for a second. Every lesson is focused, authentic and full of growth.
She is one of the most coachable athletes I’ve worked with. Attentive, open, hardworking and willing to apply every tiny detail. That’s the difference. Talent matters… but being coachable changes everything.
Getting her ready for her upcoming @natbod.bodysport show and all the shows before, has been such a rewarding process and I’m so proud watching her evolve every single session. 👑
