Suds on the Sound was basically a day party with one of the best backdrops in Westchester. The beer wasn’t exactly our thing 😅 but there were tons of cocktails, great energy, live music, and somehow everything now comes in a can 😂
Honestly? Still such a fun way to spend a Saturday from 1–6 PM.

Tried the new Golden Mirage Restaurant & Bar and honestly? This is not your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Think elevated Northern Chinese food, beautiful space, cocktails, dim sum, spicy noodles, crispy shrimp, Peking duck vibes, and the kind of dinner where everyone keeps saying “wait…you HAVE to try this.”
Highlights:

More than a pizza place. 🍕✨
A gazillion kinds of pizza.
Chicken Marsala, shrimp parm, pizza rolls, giant sandwiches, pasta, salads… honestly the hardest part was deciding what to order.
The garlic knots kept disappearing.
We were completely full… and then the hot Nutella zeppoles came out and somehow we found room again. 🍩🍫
This was one of those dinners where:
🍝 everyone starts eating before the pictures are done
🧄 you swear you’ll only have one garlic knot and suddenly they’re gone
😂 the table gets quiet because the food is that good
🍷 and dessert somehow still feels necessary
Comfort food season is definitely happening in Westchester.
