Come solo or with a friend, bring an ongoing project or start something new, and watch Megan attempt to learn how to crochet in real time 😅
We promise cozy vibes and good chats, PLUS a chance to look through the (literally) fantastic patterns in the new D&D tome, PLUS the unexpected and super exciting opportunity to chat with the author! We’ll have some colouring materials on hand, and can’t wait to see what everyone is working on with the projects they bring in 🖍️

I'm thrilled to announce another new project - I wrote a manga adaptation of @allisonhsaft 's amazing Disney Fairies novel, "Wings of Starlight"! The beautiful artwork is being created by members of @aranciastudio , notably Sara Cerutti, Claudia Cocci and Alice Borganti, who have been delivering some truly gorgeous artwork.
Book one of the print edition will be in stores later this year (date TBD) but you can sample the book on Webtoons, where new episodes are being uploaded every Saturday. There will be two books in total, telling the full story of Clarion and Milori's romance and their efforts to protect Pixie Hollow against the Nightmare threat.
It has been an absolute honor to work with such wonderful source material and talented mangaka. And yes, if you've been wondering why I haven't been showing up to meets or other social events over the last year, this is part of why. Worth it!

A highlight of our short trip to Harrogate was stopping by for afternoon tea at Jenny's Tea Shop, a tiny treasure tucked away in an old stone mews. It's the kind of place where the lady who made your cake can be seen bustling away in the kitchen and handmade crocheted cozies keep your teapot snug. I was too late to snag the last scone, but the carrot cake and Earl Grey tea I enjoyed made for a perfect break on a drizzling afternoon. #harrogate #tearoom #jennysteashop #afternoontearoom

Today is a double book birthday for me, with the launch of both "The Warriors & Wizards Compendium" and "Stranger Things: Tales from the Table". This is an odd and frankly unlikely event that I'm nonetheless delighted to celebrate!
"The Warriors & Wizards Compendium" is a new collection of character-centric material from the D&D Young Adventurer's Guide series, updated for the 2024 rules. Inside you'll find classes, backgrounds, weapons, spells & loads of great art to inspire your next campaign.
"Stranger Things: Tales from the Table" is a scrapbook-style collection of artifacts from the kids' D&D games over the years, loaded with fun details for both show fans & old-school gamers. This one is a Target-exclusive title.
I'll be posting more details about both titles over the next few weeks, but if you simply can't wait, you can find them in local shops or online starting today!

Some friends in Madrid helped us escape a little of the heat by taking a day trip to Segovia. The city was beautiful, especially the old walled district and the castle. I was obsessed with the view from the castle grounds, the landscape was utterly gorgeous.
I also left with an important question- what's with the green door in the moat (last photo)? So mysterious!
