We’re proud to help bring the vision for the Wetland Peace Preserve to life — a project led by John Lodal in memory of his late wife, Pam. As his creative partner, we’ve helped shape this special place through visual identity, site planning, donor recognition, and placemaking — creating a space centered on peace, reflection, and connection to nature in the City of Trees. 🌿
The park features two plazas with donor recognition, interpretive signage, bike racks, benches, peace poles, and a monument honoring Pam. A winding path, shaped like a peace symbol, connects the plazas and invites visitors to slow down and enjoy the native plants along the way.
Beyond the plazas, the land opens toward the river — untouched, full of natural trails, wildlife, and quiet moments. The Rotary Club of Boise has long cared for this area, restoring native plants and keeping it beautiful.

The Boardwalk Apartments 🌇✨
Our Boardwalk Apartments project is finally complete (except for a few restaurants 😉)! This 330,000 square foot mixed-use development offers 234 luxury apartments, underground parking, rooftop jacuzzis, pickleball courts, and ground-level restaurants. The design was inspired by the natural beauty of the Boise River, with curved and terraced facades that mimic the river’s striations. We’re thrilled to bring this stunning project to life and can’t wait for the community to enjoy it.
