Huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Perkins Beach photo walk today. It was great seeing familiar faces and finally meeting some of you in person for the first time. Even though we didn’t catch the paraglider in action, it was still awesome spending a few hours out there with a group of creative people.
I love seeing this community continue to show up and support these events, whether it’s our meetups, photo challenges, or anything else we put together. I appreciate you all.
And of course, if you share photos from the walk on Instagram, tag Forest City Collective so I can add them all to stories.

Going to Brandywine Falls an hour before the Super Bowl was a great idea (thanks @lauriespeaksmcnicholas and @casey1847 ). No one was there. Glad I got to try out my new RF 10-20mm lens. Stoked to see what other crazy wide shots I’ll get with it. 🥶
Finally getting around to posting wedding photos of my brother @nick.fisher17 and my new sister-in-law, Chloe! I usually tell family I don’t want to photograph their wedding day because I wanna party 🥳 But I also love love and I love what I do and I’m bad at saying no. I have so much fun and I’m so lucky to be able to shoot alongside @stackkey . 😍 Congratulations and cheers to forever 🥂 💍
@stackkey and I had the coolest opportunity to shoot this proposal last night that took place immediately following @forestcitystrings 90’s hip-hop concert at @maltzcenter for the wonderful Mike and Liz 💍
It came with the incredible opportunity to run around during the show and take photos and I’m so glad I could. I couldn’t use flash and the lighting was extremely dark so I’m glad @canonusa R5 stabilization along with the few RF lenses I used held up for crisp images even handheld at shutter speeds as slow as 0.3” (so I could keep the ISO under 1250 and ideally under 500).
For the proposal I had to put a lumecube on my camera because I wasn’t able to test flash settings right up until the moment. I figured it was the best way to dial in settings immediately and have a shutter speed of at least 1/200. I also didn’t want the flash to overpower the candles. 🕯️👌 Would you have done it differently?

What a purr-fect day! 🐱💉💥
As we reflect on our 2025 Tats for Cats fundraiser, we are feeling immensely grateful for all of the wonderful people that we have supporting our mission & making events like this possible.
134 cat lovers got tattooed!
💉 36 cat lovers got piercings!
Giving us a grand total of $19,540 for proceeds from tattoos & piercings alone! 🙀
🐾 With the addition of raffle tickets, donations, merchandise sold & the portions of sales donated to us from the wonderful vendors at the Common Ground, Tats for Cats raised a total of $20,519.00 for our rescue.
To our rockstar artists, awesome vendors, dedicated volunteers, The Common Ground, and every single cat-loving human who showed up — THANK YOU! Because of your generosity, creativity, and love for animals, we raised critical support for our rescue cats.
You didn’t just get inked — you made an impact. Thank you for supporting our mission! 💉🐾
