My work, my play, my passion. I have taught/coached children how to swim for 22 years and I have loved every minute of it!! Swimming teaches children how to let go of fear and gain confidence and also teaches the mind and body how to work together using various #MovementPatterns. When children practice and learn how to control their bodies through theses movement patterns they gain coordination, strength, joint range of motion and an increase in neuromuscular control. Children learning how to swim at a young age is the beginning of understanding that the body can do anything you put your mind to. #Confidence #MindBody #Neuromuscular in addition to all the physical and mental benefits, swimming is FUN and the ultimate feeling of Freedom!! 💦 #JustSwim this video is one of my best students @magnusatehere a 4 yrs old already using his big arms and kicks, swimming all the way across the pool!!! Being surrounded by so many amazing mothers at St. Monica Catholic Community @stmonica90403 . on Mother’s Day was truly a special blessing. Mothers are needed in this world now more than ever — to teach children how to love, how to care, how to communicate with compassion, and how to respect and appreciate women. Motherhood is the gift of a lifetime… the gift that shapes generations. Thank God for my mother, who taught me to live forever young, to move through life with grace, faith in God, and unconditional love. Rolling into the heart of LA skate culture at the Roller Revolution @rollerrevolutionofficial Jungle Jam pop-up hosted by @teenalane was an unforgettable experience. The warehouse space was incredible — flooded with natural light, an enormous skate floor, and nonstop energy from start to finish. But what truly made this event special was the people and the culture that showed up strong all day long. The diversity of the LA skate community was fully represented — jam skaters, dance skaters, derby skaters, speed skaters, casual cruisers — all coming together from every corner of the city to roll out, connect, vibe, and celebrate the culture. Multiple DJs kept the music and energy flowing all day, creating an atmosphere filled with movement, excitement, creativity, and pure fun. I brought out my Malibu ClassiX @malibuclassix custom skate designs and the response was amazing. Sold a few pairs, made new connections for future custom designs, and had so many great conversations with fellow skaters and creatives who truly appreciate one-of-a-kind style and skate culture. Grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an authentic LA skate experience. The community, support, creativity, and positive energy made this event a huge success, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Rolling into the vibrant energy of the Marina Well Rey Health & Fitness Expo in Marina del Rey! It was such a great day connecting with the community and showcasing my Malibu ClassiX custom sneaker + skate designs. Creating one-of-a-kind sneakers and roller skates is more than art to me — it’s a creative passion that blends fitness, movement, fun, and self-expression into one experience. ✨🛼👟 One of my favorite parts of the day was meeting people face to face, sharing real conversations, community energy, and excitement around wellness and creativity. The highlight had to be two young girls who lit up with excitement and confidence when they tried on the skates and decided to roll with it… even though the skates were way too big! Moving at my own pace and building strength from the inside out. Balance training is one of the most important investments we can make in our overall health, mobility, and longevity. Training on the BOSU ball challenges the body to stabilize on an unstable surface, activating deep core muscles, ankle stabilizers, and the smaller intrinsic muscles that support posture, coordination, and movement efficiency. Every rep improves balance, proprioception, functional strength, and body awareness while helping reduce the risk of injury in everyday life and sport. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress, control, resilience, and staying connected to movement. Small stabilizing muscles matter just as much as the big ones. Walking into service at Calamigos Ranch with Vintage Malibu Church—golden waterfalls and lush vegetation all around, a reminder of all of his creations and blessings. Sunday glory and praise in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains! Joshua 1–24 reminds us of the memorial stones—markers of what God has already done. A powerful, mighty hand that saves. Every promise finds its yes. God is leading—through dreams, desires, and the quiet moments when we choose to listen. Faith may bring you here… but trust is what keeps you grounded. I felt especially uplifted today by my friend Tanja’s prayers. She is truly a prayer warrior, and I’m so grateful for the way she covers me with faith, strength, and intention.
